When a person leaves their body (dies), they are faced with having to make a decision as to their immediate destiny.
There are three options.
The decision made by people in a religious ceremony during their life which just ended, has no effect from this time on. The decision may have helped many of the decision makers to live a better life while they were living.
From the time of death the person is completely conscious, they retain the same feelings, positive and negative, they stay the same age because they do not have a body to get older in, they have the same knowledge although it depends which direction they look and if they choose to learn when the opportunity is given.
Those who have made a study of the bible or other written document of a religion and live their life accordingly - may find it very difficult to look up to the light.
All spirits are free to move from or to any of the options, this is the same freedom of choice give to each person by the light in our physical lives, it never ceases.
The Light
For those who look up to the light and go to the light, they are touched and blessed, their physical pain leaves them. They are also taught the truth about life, death and all other truths. Learning is when a person lives what they have heard, only after they have learned can they go onto the next level. A person looses their emotional pain after they learn forgiveness, ultimate love, ultimate trust, ultimate honesty, ultimate patience, ultimate respect, ultimate fairness and ultimate happiness.
The overall purpose for life is to practice and develop our gifts to the standard that we leave a
significant personal contribution toward life on earth for all kind.
Every punishment (result of our wrong) we experience is designed to direct us away from doing that wrong again and live truth and good, this enables us to develop our gift or gifts.
The Light is one of the many names for God. More than 4 million Americans have recorded their near death experiences of seeing the light.
Darkness (evil):
Spirits who look down, usually have the fire blocked from their vision (at first). People who had
a near death experience involving darkness, seldom mention it. Spirits of darkness are taught
and learn similarly to those who looked up: Except they are taught how to lie and hurt people
(physical and spirits) and to get personal gratification from doing it. This is some of the evil we
see in the physical world.
These spirits are also lied to, they are told their right to leave has been taken away and that the light will punish them if they look up at him. The head of evil (also has many names, like Satan etc.) he gets personal gratification from hurting his followers and making them suffer.
Evil spirits also manipulate limbo spirits by daring them to do things they don't want to do.
Limbo
Limbo spirits usually stay around a place that had meaning for them. People still in their
bodies consider these spirits to be ghosts haunting a home.
Limbo spirits do not have to stay in limbo, they have the option of moving to the light or darkness as they choose.
Most Limbo spirits are those who were unable to make a firm decision, or were a weak person, or were very anti religion in their last life.
These spirits need help to look toward the light to learn. Many Limbo spirits don't know they are dead and still exist in the state they died in (e.g. a person who died in a drunken state may remain like that until his or her next life, unless shown the way to look up by someone else).
Spirits do not get the chance to learn, they stay in their same state of mind, pain, knowledge and feelings as they were experiencing at the time of their death. This includes the pain of death, pain of death never ends.
Those people who have a gift which enables them to communicate with spirits, if they are not guiding limbo spirits toward the light, they are not using their gifts properly.
How spirits exist out of their physical body:
Firstly because they don't have a body they cannot become older or younger, other limitations of travel and time do not apply either. A spirit may travel extensively for several hundreds of years (even to another planet) but if they do this they may not receive the opportunity to learn and increase their power level, which may be crucial to escape the tortures by evil (even to their own).
We need to realize that a person does not die, rather they leave their body and are no longer visible or audible to those still living in their physical body. The person continues to live and is given the opportunity to learn if they want.
We can recognize meet and chat with loved ones from the physical period of our lives. It is like a weekend, where we may come home from work Friday evening and change to go out with our family, next day we may put on different cloths to work in the garden, then on Sunday we may put on our 'Sunday best' for another special event. In whatever set of clothes we are still the same person, it is just the same when we are in then leave our physical body and later we return as a baby in a new set of clothes to live, learn and develop our gifts some more.
What is me and What is my body?
Just as we live in a house, we never become part of that house. It is the same with our physical body (our brain, eyes, ears, limbs, etc. whether they work fully or not, remain parts of the body).
Our knowledge, thoughts, feelings (negative as well as positive), our anxiety, fears, pain (when a person commits suicide they take with them everything they wanted to escape from), memories, etc. including the part of 'me that thinks'.
A person with a physical disability leaves it behind, as there are no physical limitations in the spirit world.
Interaction between spirits:
Every spirit has a 'soul mate', that is another spirit with whom they have a natural affinity, beyond anything felt between special friends and most identical twins (although twins may be actual soul mates). Every soul is given a permanent soul mate whom they often meet in their physical lives and may also meet in the non physical (in between lives). (Twin souls tuned into each other - even in death).
Out of the physical body, there is no time or aging process, no-one can get older or younger, they remain the same as the day of their death.
A pet may recognize their master in the spirit world, just the same as a pet may recognize a person in the physical world, the pet may have returned to live a new life as another animal and that new animal is purchased by the same master or owner (first life may have been a cat, the second may have been a ferret).
Just as pets can recognize their past master's so too can human's recognize each other and experience beautiful reunions.
People may still fantasize just the same as when they were in their physical body. Just the same as they can recall memories of incidents and places they visited while in their physical body. Spirits may take another spirit, and in just a brief moment can take the other spirit and show them the place.
Each spirit is given the opportunity to learn for the total period that they are in between lives. This opportunity is only available to those spirits who look up and go to the light. Spirits who look down are taught for a limited time. Much of their teaching is lies and brain washing.
A good spirit and an evil spirit are always identifiable to the other. An evil spirit cannot stop being evil and a good spirit can not stop being truth, love and good. However an evil spirit may conceal their identity as a Limbo spirit on some occasions.
It is also possible for a person to hide their identity from someone they knew in a physical life, normally a good spirit would not do this as it may be a lie, but it may be done if The Light gives approval because of some special circumstances.
It is very difficult for a good spirit to see a loved one choose to go into darkness. It is possible but very dangerous for a good spirit to go into darkness to communicate with or to try and talk a loved one into leaving and to explain that most of what they are being taught is lies.

Movement and communication between the physical and spirit world:
The time when a person moves from spirit to a physical body, and when a spirit leaves their physical body is always decided for them. A good spirit may be told their time is about to come, and they are given the opportunity to select a mother and father who are about to conceive a child, the spirit is then sent into the mother's womb and to be born at the appropriate time. The sex of the child is also determined by The Light.
Many people (in their physical body) are able to see and hear spirits. Many more are able to hear spirits as well as their guardian angle, speaking to them almost daily. If a person practices listening to spirits then they may become better at it and may even recognize a particular spirit (although this is never a safe situation, as any spirit can change their voice to sound exactly the same as someone else). If a spirit is strong enough to shout, then the person in their physical body is more likely to hear.
If a spirit speaks in an audible voice so that the person hears with their ears not their mind, then the spirit can cause a particular person or people to hear and not others who may be nearby. This can also be done when a person sees spirits, a group of people may be standing looking at a view, yet a spirit may only be visible to the two people who are meant to see the spirit.
Most spirits who are visible to physical people are evil spirits, as good spirits are not allowed to make themselves visible as it may cause a person or group to experience fear (fear is an evil principle always).
The choice of every spirit to go to The Light, or down to darkness, or stay in Limbo; is never taken from them, the person may change their mind and move from one to another as often as they wish, (although evil will lie to those who look down and threaten them that if they look up to the light, The Light will punish them very severely. This is done to induce fear and further control their own followers). No spirit is sent to darkness, even those who commit suicide. A spirit may be placed in isolation in Limbo but never darkness.
