STEVEN RAY SOGURA
"MEMORIES OF ELVIS"
Steven Ray Sogura began his career in 1991 by
winning the Elvis Impersonator's competition in Memphis, Tennessee. From
that time on he sang in Las Vegas at the Imperial Palace, The San Remo, in Las Vegas,
Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Idaho and California and many Fairs in the State of Washington.
Traveling with the Legends Show throughout the northwest, he has perfected his art. His
fans follow wherever he sings and are faithful supporters.
Steve's favourite period is 1968 through 1977. He sings in an
authentic Eagle suit worn in the Aloha show and the black leather from the 1968 Comeback
Special. Steve's show is a mixture of these two periods. When he was having his jumpsuit
made, Charlie Hodge came by where it was being made and stated that Steve's measurements
were exactly the same as Elvis' in 1974.
When Steve sings the face of Elvis crosses his and it thrills you to
watch him because he is able to bring back "Memories of
Elvis" as a real time event.
Steve lives in Maple Valley, Washington and can be reach at his
e-mail address below:
