I know that I haven't done much to this page in a long time.
I still have a wealth of information to put up, so please be patient.
And now for some updates. To update the rumor about secret weapons/vehicles
being at Green River: Peter Murphy (of the X-Hunters) has informed
me that base is abandoned, therfore a most unlikely staging ground for
such activities. I have also been looking into Project Aquarius.
It concerns an incident that happened at Kirtland Air Force Base.
Also, at the present time, NATO (in conjunction with the United States)
is participating in bombing raids over the Yugoslavian province of Kosovo.
Russia, once again, is outraged by our western tactics. President
Boris Yeltsin has withdrawn all Russian influence from NATO. In my
opinion, I believe that the United States is alienating itself from potential
world super-powers. Right now, the number of "countries" against
the United States is four. Those being Russia, Iraq, Yugoslavia,
and the "nation" of Osama Bin Laden's followers. Russia is an old
nemesis from the Cold War days. As I see it, the Cold War is being
renewed. The Cold War was not a direct conflict, but a series of
proxy wars. Russia backs Yugoslavia by delivering weapons to them.
In the previous entry, I noted that only Yugoslavs and Russians use RF
weapons. The conflict in Yugoslavia can be related to something that
had happened many years ago in US history, the Civil War. It is a
war of viewpoints, where Yugoslavia is the United States. And the
US' ally then was France, who sent the North weapons. This is not
so much different from the crisis in Kosovo. There still is the possiblility
of these groups joining together against the United States. I don't
see the Russians participating directly, but acting as France did, only
as support. Here is another thing that I feel should be changed:
the media coverage of these incidents. I believe that these
incidents should be on the television more so than they are. On the
big four channels, maybe a ten minute part is shown during each airing.
I think that the people should know when our country is attacking another.
I feel that learning about what is really happening in the world is more
important to see on TV than sitcoms or soap operas. When there are
important speeches that is to be broadcasted, the cable stations should
have coverage. How can you reach your people if only three or four
stations are covering out of near two hundred? I'm through for today.

It's been a long time since I've stated any news. Many things
have happened, though, one of which is that Bill Clinton has been aquitted.
He is still impeached. There is a more important thing to report
on now. Two things, actually. First is that Saddam has done
made a threat. I don't have a lot of information at this time, but
I do know this: The United States has deployed Patriot Missle
batteries in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The second important thing
may well be worse. I'm talking about Directed Energy Warfare.
It seems that RF weapons are being used by Russian and Yugoslavian forces.
I will try to fit some information in about the Russian Laser Conspiracy
in future updates.

Two things. First, it seems that I have a banner on every page,
thanks to Fortune City. That is okay, because Fortune City is the
coolest domain out there. It doesn't run the annoying ads that Geocities
or Tripod and doesn't delete pages like Xoom. Second, the United
States is bombing Iraq. The bombing will last for 4 days. Many
people are asking "Why?" They ask this becuase it all happens in
the midst of Bill Clinton's impeachment proceedings. There are those
that say that he is doing this to put off his trial. It is not so.
In November, President Clinton had issued a warning to Saddam Hussien that
he would commence airstrikes if he continued to block the UN Inspectors.
It was only a few days ago that the UN inspectors informed President Clinton
that they were "getting nowhere." President Clinton had to act at
this time for a number of reasons. First is the fact that he cannot
back away from such a political statement he made to Iraq. Doing
so would certainly damage his credibility in the world view, not to mention
the country's. Also, this weekend begins the Muslim holidays of Ramadan
(spelling?). To initiate an attack during this time would offend
the Arab world.
The Presidential impeachment proceedings were posponed
by Dick Army because of the airstrikes. Personnaly, if I was Saddam,
I would have used this strategy. I would have blocked the UN inspectors
on the Thursday or Friday (17,18) so that the United States would have
to wait until after Ramadan to fulfill their promise. This would
give more than enough time to build up forces. Another tactic to
be imployed would be to retaliate just before the start of Ramadan, and
then withdraw soon after (but not during Ramadan) they had started.
Such a tactic might bring more support to Saddam. I say more support
because he already has backers, which is not a good thing. Russian
President Boris Yeltzin said that the airstrikes are not necessary and
will not be tolerated. China also is against the airstrikes.
Saddam had regularly blocked the UN weapons inspectors
and then opened the gates again. What I believe he was doing is this:
When the UN inspectors got too close to where Iraq had something, they
would shut the door and reopen it when the items were moved. The
US had also closed a few embassies in South Africa, in fear of terrorist
bombings. I would think that Osama Bin Laden's group and Iraq may
have a secret alliance, since they both have grudges with the United States.
With Bin Laden's influence, Iraq could become very powerful.

If the X-Files is mostly based on fact, then this rumor could be a
truth: White Sands Green River Launch Complex builds the vehicles
flown at Groom Lake. Now this is just a thoery, but it is feasible.
The episode was the one where Mulder and Morris' minds got reversed.
In the second part of the two episodes, Mulder and the General in command
of Area 51 have a conversation. During this conversation, the General
says that they don't know what the vehicles are, they just test them in
flight. He also says that they don't make them, that they're made
in Utah. Now perhaps this clip was put in because of the recent controversy
described by Jim Wilson in the June 1997 issue of Popular Mechanics.
