1. Humankind needs to understand that it is not alone and there is no end to life.
2. It is the love from this planet that generates the energy that feeds God.
3. Each soul in the whole Universe came directly from the true Creator, so each soul is imbred with this energy.
4. We need to convey to the people that there are others that mean them no harm, but have an interest in Planet Earth. For, in truth, if there are no other civilisations to help Planet Earth, it wil bring destruction to itself.
5. As you have millions of plants on your planet and many millions of species of animals, also in the Universe there are many different kinds of beings.
6. This planet, Earth, was brought into corruption by humankind, therefore it is important that humankind eliminates that corruption.
7. Each one makes a difference.
8. In your culture you believe humbleness to be humility: it is time to understand that it is now permitted to accept yourself.
9. The difficulty is that you humans do not enjoy the thought that you can be part of each other.
10. The ability to heal is within all.
11. Each soul in the Universe must live upon Planet Earth a minimum of once, to experience the balance between physical and spiritual.
12. This is your planet, and you have not come here in error.
13. You are always responsible: that cannot be removed.
14. There is none which is in truth more superior or less equal.
15. All people have feelings, and feel everything as much as others, even if they seem not to.
16. In the past all power came from women.
17. Don't take on anything or anyone you know you do not have the strength to pull away from.
18. The act of connection helps humankind move closer to the nature that it truly has. At the time of inner connecting and release, their soul becomes one with the Creator.
19. Your mind can bring things into existence, if it has the knowledge of how to do this, but it can also unconsciously bring into existence many things that you do not desire to have.
20. To have understanding that you are responsible for a portion of the Universe, to have understanding that it is your love that has created us, that sustains us and that feeds us- this is enlightenment.
21. When you are in a state of meditiation your power is tenfold.
22. The consciousness of the Christ or the Messiah, an energy-field which is one and the same, will be released through meditation in threes.
23. We cannot give more time. the time that we have given has not been used in a productive manner, but to feed egos again.
24. People on your planet do say that they would make a commitment to save this planet, but few want to give up themselves, or to lose their individuality.
25. Out of every hundred people who choose, only two come through.
26. People expect us to perform miracles for them. We can only do so much. We need your physical energy and your minds on your planet.
27. Knowledge is faith.
28. Your commitment, if it is true commitment, will bring the song of the Universe within you. It will cause you to walk in a light of love, and to walk in lightness.
29. Zeal is futile.
30. There is not one soul on your planet that cannot be saved, if in truth it was handled properly with stability, maturity and love.
31. Hear what others are saying without opposing.
32. Open yourself to reality.
33. Don't say "this is the way it is," but "perhaps this is the way it is."
34. Always leave the door open for inquiry.
35. Never out on another what you do not wish to put on yourself.
36. Be loving and gentle.
37. Look on each human that comes in contact with you as having the qualities as us, even if you cannot find them, but to understand perhaps that in the past you also were in that position.
38. Don't tolerate diversions which are disruptive, and to know where they come from- the opposition- to bless them and to let go of them, but not to be involved in them.
39. Hold each other in the highest regard.
40. Be careful that what you do does not upset others.
41. Be sure of the direction you are going in.
42. Think before you act, but not to stop acting for fear of thinking wrong.
43. Be decisive, even if the decision does not appear correct, because it can be amended or redecided.
44. There is a saying that humankind wishes to ride on all horses, you cannot, for then you are split in peices.
45. Do not be fearful of being in error.
46. Do not be self-righteous.
47. Do not feel that everything another does is a vendetta against you, or that they do it specifically to you- look upon it as an error in their thinking and bless them and walk away. If they think you are foolish for that, that is their foolishness, for when you do not oppose, there is no resistence. That does not mean you must condone, but you must gently say "I do not approve, that is not my way, it is your way, and for you it is alright, for me it is not, therefore I wish not to be involved in this energy." Gently, lovingly, kindly, but not with foolishness.
48. When you come into a mood of blackness, say to each other: "Today I am not in the best of energy, therefore I wish you to know that."
49. Do not attempt to force yourself upon the other with your energy if it is not in the best interest of the Universe.
50. Doing no emotion or act that causes you to disrespect self- whether it is gorging upon foods, over-indulgence in the spinning drink, eliminating your own personality into another, and having uncontrollable desires that are detrimental to yourself, your family, your community, your position on Planet Earth.
51. Treat all with kindness, and, most important, integrity, and integrity through awareness, and awareness through integrity. This means to speak with no animosity or destructiveness to another, but with love, kindness and gentleness, when that person is in manipulation or attempting to control. And it means to bring them about in clarity, at the time when those characteristics and issues begin.
52. Then it is necessary to see when you have done enough, for then there is no way that any can then manipulate, control and be unaware, and then integrity becomes natural.
53. It is important to know that what is past is past, and what is coming in the future does not make a difference at this moment: it is this moment in time which makes the difference. Each moment is a new beginning.
54. There is no aloness in your Planet Earth- there are other worlds to help and view you.
55. You have no death, even though humankind creates great wars, for in these methods they control humankind by attempting to prevent them from fulfilling their lives.
56. Planet Earth's importance lies in the entire Universe, and is the most beautiful of variety, and was created to be a paradise.
