My Shrine to the late, the Great Jim Morrison. . .

My little shrine to the Great, the *sigh*
Late Jim Morrison

The Doors and Jim Morrison will live on FOREVER!!!.
Ah, Jim...
Jim was a brillant thinker, poet, and singer. His image and atitude has left its imprint upon our socicety and it will remain there for all time. I am convinced of this. Some of his thoughts were ones that could make you cringe in fear or disgust, but a great many of them were very deep and thought provoking. His poetry has a surreal deam-like quality to it, and yet it seems so much like reality it is scary. Jim again.. lost in thought
Jim, off thinking about things that i will never hear. I wish I could have spoken with him, even for a few minutes. You still continue to insprire in a way only you could have, even in your absence.

Jim agian, in concert w/ the DOORS Some people think i am strange, but that is their problem, I know i have the heart and mind of a poet, they just don't know of it, or they don't really care. but there is ONE(and he knows whom HEis) who understand and knows my heart and soul. He has the sama passion for poetry in it's truest form: from the heart, soul and mind. True Poetry comes from your thoughts, dreams, hopes and fears. Jim knew this and used it in his work.

I put the words in turquoise, Jim's favorite color. My favorite Song ever done by The DOORS was "Riders on the Storm". it just strikes me as a majorly kick-booty song. i can't explian it, if i could, I would, but I cannot.

One of my favorite poems by Jim from the collection titled "the American Night" I read the entire thing, cover to covre and my writing style has changed dramically. But, for the best. I am very sure of this fact. The Doors....

The Doors were a band that started it all. . .   Something about their music surrounds my soul and fills it with dreamlike thoughts and images, like, Jim's poetry. . .

Just a few Jim Pix I found 'bout the 'net. . .
