The Phoenix

The Phoenix is an AIRBUS, model A321-100. It is fully equipt with all the standard utilities and a lot of extras. Enclosed in the cockpit area is the pilot's bunk. The bunk is sub-divided into two areas, one for the off-duty pilot and the other for our cook/plane-keeper, Miles.

Directly behind the cockpit is the briefing room, equipted with satellite communications that link us into the Legacy Global Network. With this system we can keep in touch with the Ruling House as well as coordinate with the other Houses in mid-flight. It saves us a lot of time. It also keeps us from fighting over the television in the lounge (:\).

In the center of the Phoenix is our computer matrix and analysis area. We don't have the luxury of housing the system in an undetectable area. Instead, there is a small hallway that connects the front and back compartments with no access to the central room.

The lounge follows this. All the eminities of a normal House, we have a television (satellite, of course), couches, etc. The food prep area is hidden in a small compartment by the door.

Past the door are our bedrooms. There are six bedrooms at the tailend of the Phoenix. Most of us aren't exactly as neat as Bastien (don't tell him we took pics of his room) so, we used his as an example. Plus, our rooms are smaller. Go figure. Really, it isn't as cramped as it looks. We find it quite comfortable most of the time. And it beats paying rent.

Hope you enjoyed the tour.
