| This ring exists to promote the fact that there's a powerful generation of CG programs that not everyone knows about! It's vector - one of the best tools there is for cel-style images. To join this ring there are a couple of requirements: you must have anime style art on your page, and at least some of it must be done with a vector program. If you know what a bezier curve is, you probably qualify. :) |
