in your ~*Soul*~! If so......I think you'll find something for that here too!
Since the very dawn of man... Music has been an intrinsic part of living. That it
can ~Heal~....has long been known and accessed by many! Why don't you see what it
can do for you? Regardless of whether you're here for Pleasure...or because of
Pain.....believe me......Music will ~touch~ you right where you need it! I
have always been a music fanatic.....and so I have always enjoyed it's fun side.......but
there is one special person... who...like no other ....taught me about it's ~Healing~
powers...and he did it by demonstration! That person is my Father. My Father passed
on from this Physical plane of ours on May 27, 1996....but the lessons he taught me...and
his living example of them ....are alive and well and still going strong in me!
My
Father was diagnosed with Cancer in 1983 and only "given" a few months by the
medical community. As you can see from the date of his ~Transition~.....he far
exceeded "a few months".....and Music ...while not the only reason....was
certainly one of his biggest resources! I got to employ the same techniques when I
too was diagnosed with cancer in September of 1995....shortly before he passed on.
His credo for living....is both VERY IMPORTANT....and VERY SIMPLE. He told me to:
"Listen to my body. If I need to sleep...SLEEP! If I need to
eat....EAT! If I need to talk...TALK! If I need to relax....RELAX.....and one
BEAUTIFUL way to do that is by LISTENING TO MUSIC! Music is the primal beat of man's
heart.....the harmonic beat of mankind's heart....the soothing beat of God's heart.....
I now dedicate this page to my Father with a sigh...a
smile...and a tear......... I THANK YOU DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
