Merry Meet! I am a 34 year old divorced mother of two young boys ages 6 and 8!(See below!!) They are my laughter, my joy, my tears, my happiness, MY WORLD! I love you both very much!*grin*
I have been a solitary witch for over 15 years now. Labels are not usually my thing but if I had to pick one it would simply be "WITCH". I am self-dedicated to the Lord and the Lady. When working magick or meditations I lean to Hecate, Hermes, and Cernunnos; occasionally dealing with Isis, Osiris, and Bast but have also called upon other deities when the situation arose. I follow the Rede and the Law of Three and yet I do not count myself fully Wiccan. ( I am not earthy enough although their basics are excellent and worth looking further into.)I guess you could say I am a natural witch as until recently I had no formal education in such matters. It always was a part of me.....the Rede makes perfect sense and so I follow it....The Law of Three I have always followed instincivly knowing that what you send out comes back at least three times whether good or bad. I have been known to use the word Wiccan in describing myself when cornered because WITCH still holds a lot of negative conotations and Wiccans are gradually becoming known as "good" witches...of which I would hope count myself. Most of you will know what I mean...sometimes it is easier than trying to explain the Law and the Rede. But WITCH I am and I am starting to use that word more and more to describe myself and my beliefs. My faith is strong and I am learning to be less and less afraid to answer the questions because I am now confident in my answers:)
